Tennis

Tennis is a spring sport that runs from March to May. Regular season practices are held throughout the week at the Patrick Henry College (PHC) tennis courts. Practices consist of technical development, drills, and point play. Twelve athletes are added to the roster to compete against other teams a few times during the season.

All athletes are welcome! No prior experience is needed. For more information on the tennis program at ECS, please email Coach Edward Xin at edwardx7777@gmail.com.

Tennis Coach Hitting the Ball

1 Corinthians 10:31 - "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."

Coach Esteban Weesner hails from the great state of Texas, but moved around a lot growing up, even moving overseas. Growing up, he played tennis for several years as a part of a club team and later on played again in high school. He has coached basketball and soccer in the past, but this will be his second year coaching tennis at ECS.

Coach Esteban is super excited to coach tennis this year, but even more so to invest in these young believers' lives.
