On most days, ECS students wear uniforms. Uniforms help to create positive learning environments by removing distractions in classrooms and creating a common ground. Students are able to focus on academics rather than what they and others are wearing. Wearing uniforms allows students to get ready for school quickly, helping to streamline morning routines. Uniforms also help the family budget and remove the pressure students perceive to wear the latest clothing trends to school. The last Friday of the month that school is in session, students may wear modest casual dress. Occasionally, a non-uniform day is announced by way of reward or for a special occasion.
Lands' End is the provider for ECS uniforms. School families may purchase garments through the Lands' End website using the special code provided by ECS. Spirit wear is also available for students to wear on designated days.
ECS has a gym and athletic fields that are already known to many in the Loudoun area. With these capabilities, ECS offers both field and court sports.

At ECS, we acknowledge that we are made in the image of God, the Creator of all things. Both visual and performing arts are offered at ECS. Please read more about our Fine Arts offerings in Art, Music, Theater, and Graphic Design.
