AMY KEMP
Math Resource Specialist
AKemp@ECSLoudoun.org
I have been blessed with 13 years of teaching experience across public, private, and homeschooling communities in various roles including Algebra Tutor and Math Resource Teacher at Trinity Christian School. I have served in the Learning Center at ECS supporting students in Algebra, Geometry, and Precalculus for the past three years. My passion for making math accessible to all students is at the heart of what I do in the Learning Center, and I love finding creative, individualized ways to help students build confidence and to succeed.
My husband Josh and I have been married for 20 years and have three children: Dawson (senior) and Audrey (sophomore), who are students at ECS, and Ryan, who will be a freshman at ECS next year.
KRISTEN RHOADES
Learning Center Resource Teacher
KRhoades@ECSLoudoun.org
Until 2023, I homeschooled all three of my children. For 15 years, I taught English grammar, writing, British Literature, Algebra II, Logic, and a variety of other topics to high school sophomores with Classical Conversations. I am excited to join the Learning Center this year and share my love of English grammar, literature, history and theology while helping students learn how to logically and persuasively present their ideas in their essays. Ultimately, the goal is to help students feel confident in their ability to express themselves and be able to share/defend their faith utilizing the written word.
I am blissfully married to my husband of 26 years, Scott. We have three children: Zachary, Emma, and Riley, who is a sophomore at ECS, and one granddaughter, Scarlett who just turned one.

I have been happily married to my soulmate, David Meeker, for 27 years, and we are proud parents of five children: John (26), our newly married daughter Ansley (21), Tori (21), Jonathan (20), and Bennie (14).
