Wanna have fun and help the school raise funds for our school? Do we have the perfect opportunity for you—EagleFest is back! EagleFest has been an annual tradition at Evergreen since our very first year as a school. It’s a fantastic way for families and friends to get to know each other better by taking part in fun athletic activities. While previous EagleFests have featured a 5K, this year will feature pickleball, Spikeball, and cornhole tournaments on the school campus at 21336 Evergreen Mills Road in Leesburg, VA. (Click below for more information and to register.) There will also be music, food, face painting, and prizes.

If a vigorous round of pickleball is not your thing, you can still help out the school by making an EagleFest donation. No gift is too small or too large. In fact, all donations made will count toward our annual Matching Campaign that runs through December 31. Due to a generous offer from a donor, if the school can raise $200,000 by the end of December, a matching gift of another $200,000 will kick in for a grand total of $400,000. That means that all donations brought in will automatically be doubled! Because of the generosity of the school community, we have met this challenge every year it has been offered.

Our goal for EagleFest 2025 is to raise a modest $10,000. So, let’s get this campaign started off with a gift to EagleFest! Click below to give.

Beginner Pickleball Tournament

9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Open to anyone ages 12+
8 courts in The Eagle Center
Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Spikeball Tournament

9:00 - 11:30 a.m.
Open to anyone ages 12+
8 Spikeball nets outside on the practice field
Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Advanced Pickleball Tournament

11:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Open to anyone ages 12+
8 courts in The Eagle Center
Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up

Cornhole Tournament

11:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Open to anyone ages 12+
8 Cornhole sets in front of the school in the parking lot (lined up side by side)
Max of 16 doubles teams (32 participants)
Cost per team = $75 (includes T-Shirts)
Double elimination bracket (minimum of 2 games per team)
Awards will be presented for 1st place and Runner Up
