Our drama class performed 3 incredible performances of Esther. While the story of how God used Esther to deliver the people of Israel from certain genocide is naturally filled with suspense and plot twists, Mr. Bliss, our drama teacher, did an outstanding job adapting it to the stage. He also did an exceptional job directing, getting the students to truly embrace their characters and deliver an outstanding performance in our theatre-in-the-round.
Esther 4:13 reminds us that God watches over his people, sovereignly working to raise up godly women and men that he will use to impact the world in which they live. What a fitting message for a school community committed to raising up the next generation of Christian leaders.
