Evergreen Christian School Loudoun County is now accepting applications for grades 9-11 for the 2022-2023 school year. Grade 12 will be added in 2023-2024. Congratulations to our ECS Concert Choir on an outstanding performance on Thursday, Oct. 14 at the Trinity Christian School Fall Music Concert! All the TCS instrumental and choral groups performed, and our ECS Concert Choir joined the TCS Concert Choir to sing three songs together. It was a blessing to collaborate in song and make many new friends.
Congratulations to ECS students Jems B. and Niya H. who were recognized as Honorees at Loudoun 100, a group of 100 people selected from Loudoun County who have "made an impact or been a hero to the community."
For 9th and 10th grade students, the PSAT is used to familiarize students with the format and the general difficulty level of the questions. The goal is that by the time they are juniors and take the PSAT, they will be comfortable with the format and what to expect on the test (reducing test anxiety) and do their best. ECS uses the results to track student achievement and progress from year to year and helps guide us in course offerings and placement.

Evergreen Christian School is pleased to announce its membership with the Cognia Global Network. Cognia is the worldwide leader in school accreditation, providing accreditation for the majority of public and private schools in the United States. Our goal will be to apply for full accreditation in the Spring of 2023 and host a Cognia review team in the Fall of 2023.

Thank you to Blue Ridge Bible Church in Purcellville for hosting the ECS Admission Team on Sunday, June 6, to enable families interested in Evergreen Christian School to learn more about our new high school in Loudoun County. Blue Ridge Bible Church is located at 770 S. 20th St, Purcellville, VA.
Cornerstone Chapel in Leesburg hosted a Christian School Fair for parents and students seeking more information about Christian education in the community. Representatives from area Christian schools greeted perspective parents and students in the atrium area of the church to provide school information and answer questions.
This week we received the long-awaited approval by Loudoun County of the school's zoning special exception, which will allow the total renovation project to begin. Now we are moving ahead with building permits and construction. This puts us another step closer to accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year.
