Evergreen Christian School will open at 10:10 a.m. on Thurs., Jan 9 and will follow a 2-hour delay schedule regardless of what Loudoun County may do. We will not follow a LCPS closure tomorrow. The ECS school grounds have been thoroughly salted and cleared of all snow and are in excellent condition for traffic.

Students who live in areas where the roads are treacherous should stay home. This absence will not be counted against them. Our students’ safety is of the upmost importance to us. 

Students who will be attending school tomorrow should dress up for our Homecoming Day theme of “Through the Ages.” Ninth grade students should dress as babies, 10th grade students as teenagers, 11th grade students as adults, and seniors as senior citizens. 

After school activities will go on as scheduled.

• Block 1: 10:10 to 11:00 a.m.
• Block 2: 11:05 to 11:55 a.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
• Block 3: 12:35 to 1:30 p.m.
• Block 4: 1:35 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
